Yes. We supply new, sealed products sourced through authorized channels. Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer policy for that product line, and our team will help you open a claim if you ever need one.
We serve both. Individual customers can order directly through the online shop, while business, education and government buyers can request written quotes, volume pricing and purchase order arrangements through our sales team.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $500 to addresses in the continental United States. Heavy or oversized items may carry additional handling or freight charges, which are always shown before you complete your order.
Our returns window is 30 days from purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Some categories such as downloadable software and opened media are excluded. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.
