Internal business tools
Job tracking, approvals, scheduling, asset registers and the small systems that currently live in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Why this matters
Most businesses reach a point where something important is being held together by a spreadsheet. It has forty tabs, one person understands it, and it breaks quietly when someone sorts a column. Everyone knows it is a risk and nobody has time to replace it.
That is usually the moment custom software makes sense. Not because packaged software is bad, but because your process has become specific enough that bending it to fit someone else's product costs more than building the thing you actually need.
We build the smallest useful version first. You get something working in weeks, not a specification document you approve and then wait six months to see. If it turns out the problem was smaller than expected, you will have spent less finding that out.

What we build
Job tracking, approvals, scheduling, asset registers and the small systems that currently live in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Secure areas where your customers check orders, download documents, submit requests and stop emailing your team for status updates.
Stock levels, purchase orders, goods in, dispatch and reordering, connected to whatever you already use for accounting.
Connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so data stops being copied by hand between them.
One screen that answers the questions your managers currently ask by email, updated automatically instead of assembled monthly.
Repetitive tasks handled automatically, from document generation and notifications to data entry between platforms.
How a build runs
We watch how the work is done now, find where time is lost, and agree what success looks like in measurable terms.
A written scope with fixed stages, a timeline and a price. You approve it before any code is written.
Delivered in working pieces you can try, so feedback arrives early enough to be cheap to act on.
Real data, real users, a rehearsal before go live, and a plan for the first week after launch.
Documentation, training for your team, and ongoing support if you want it. You own the code either way.
Source code, data and accounts belong to you. No lock in, and no hostage situation if you change supplier.
Being straight with you
Custom software is the right call less often than software companies suggest. If an existing product covers ninety percent of what you need for a fraction of the cost, we will tell you that and help you license it instead.
We will also tell you when a project is too small to justify the overhead, or when the real problem is a process that needs fixing before any software gets involved. A build that automates a broken process just makes the wrong thing happen faster.
A focused internal tool is typically a matter of weeks. A portal or system that touches several parts of the business runs longer. We give a stage by stage timeline in the proposal rather than one vague total.
It depends entirely on scope, which is why the discovery call comes first. What we can promise is a fixed price per stage, so you are never surprised by an invoice.
Usually yes. Most business platforms provide a way to connect, and where they do not there are still reliable options. We check this during discovery before promising anything.
Your choice. It can run on your own servers, on cloud infrastructure in your name, or on hosting we arrange. In every case the accounts are yours.
You get documentation and training as standard. Ongoing support and future changes are optional and priced separately, never bundled in to lock you down.
You do not need a technical specification to start. Tell us what takes too long, what gets forgotten, or what keeps going wrong. We will work out whether software is the answer.
