Operating systems
Windows for desktops and servers, including upgrade paths, client access licenses and the editions that suit domain joined environments.
Why this matters
Software licensing goes wrong slowly. A company buys twenty seats, grows to thirty five, and quietly runs fifteen unlicensed installs. Another buys the premium edition for everybody when only four people needed it. A third renews automatically for three years without noticing that half the accounts belong to staff who left.
None of this shows up until an audit, a renewal invoice or a failed activation. Our job is to make sure it never gets that far. We check what you are running, what you actually need, and which license model costs less over the term.
Every license we supply is genuine and comes through authorized channels. Cheap keys sold on open marketplaces are frequently volume keys resold outside their terms, and they get deactivated. That is not a saving, it is a delayed problem.

What we license
Windows for desktops and servers, including upgrade paths, client access licenses and the editions that suit domain joined environments.
Microsoft 365 and Office licensing across business and enterprise plans, with a clear comparison of what each tier actually includes.
Design, publishing, video and CAD applications, licensed per user or per device depending on how your team works.
Endpoint protection and managed security suites licensed by seat, with centralised consoles for larger deployments.
Workstation, server and cloud backup software licensed for the number of machines and the retention period you need.
Virtualization platforms, database licensing, remote access tools and industry specific business applications.
Choosing a license model
The same software often comes in several license shapes, and the cheapest option today is not always the cheapest across three years. We walk through it with you in plain terms.
Tell us how many people, how many machines and how they overlap, and we will show you the cost of each route over a three year horizon rather than just today.
Licenses supplied through authorized channels, registered correctly and activated without trouble.
Documentation you can produce if a publisher ever asks what you are entitled to run.
We flag renewals before they lapse, so nothing deactivates in the middle of a working day.
A periodic check on unused seats, which is usually where the easiest savings are hiding.
Common questions
No. Once a license key or activation code has been issued it cannot be returned, because the value is delivered the moment it is supplied. This is standard across the industry. It is why we confirm the edition and quantity with you before issuing anything.
Electronically delivered licenses usually arrive by email within one business day of payment clearing, and often much sooner. Physical media takes normal shipping time.
Yes. Send us what you have, including renewal invoices and portal exports where available, and we will map it against what you are running. It is a common first step before a renewal.
Send us the renewal quote you received. We will tell you what it covers, whether the edition still matches your needs, and what the alternatives cost.
